Does my phone support eSIM?

iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later and many other models support it. To check, look for “Add eSIM” or “Add mobile plan” in your phone settings. The phone must not be carrier-locked.

Will my number change?

No. “Data only” plans work as a second line — your own number stays on the phone, WhatsApp and other apps work as before.

When should I install the eSIM?

A day or two before your trip, on Wi-Fi, is easiest. The plan usually starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in your destination.

What if my data runs out?
